It is a key differentiator since only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are authorized to use the term REALTOR® or REALTORS® in connection with your real estate business. To protect it, you need to ensure that the term REALTOR® continues to mean a member of NAR, and not just any real estate agent.
